I think its safe to say saturday night was a disaster! oh well. I got some great things for my birthday including the worst case scenario, new limp wrist and one last wish LPs which are amazing and an owl bag today I cut my hair and i;ve ruined it, there is a bit missing at the back, stupid idiot BUSY organising exeter zinefest - http://www.myspace.com/exeterzinefest

I am SO excited about seeing the Raincoats next week, I can not contain myself! and the evening is hosted by beth ditto, wowzers!!!! Today I went to the apple shop avec maman who is fixing my laptop for my birthday and then we went to the real mccoy for lunch and got served by the cross scorpion who was even more sarcastic than usual. Also went to the new ‘vintage’clothes shop at the quay, was rubbish, and otto retro, which is moving down the road and not shutting down. I really want a cabbage plate. I really need to be in a new band also, nye haven’t practiced or done anything for ages really and I feel really rubbish not doing anything productive ever, as chaps can only do anything once in a blue moon and teds in 2 other bands and Im bored of it!!!! I want to do something post-punk or 80s indie, like shop assistants/kleenex/raincoatsesque hmmm

Today I finished watching series 2 of six feet under, it is SO good! If I have a birthday party it will be a funeral party /harold & maude theme, or maybe female serial killers, then I can dress up as mary bell, my favourite.

Today my tutor told me he is impressed that I have so many traits of a female serial killer. He also wanted to know why I didn’t think it was weird searching for ‘knitted organs’ on google, I don’t get it - that is NOT weird, weird is the boring people in my class dulling me to death with their fucking ‘walking art’, walking to hay tor is BORING ART. My degree show is going to be HELL. I hate everyones work and its so safe and fucking mind numbing, eurgh who cares about LAND/ENVIRONMENTAL ART - not me. I guess I’m being totally irrational but it annoys me why people care so much about such boring stuff. Although I would only get annoyed if people started making outlandish (and most probably incorrect) feminist statements about female serial killers in their sculpture - and I don’t even really know what I’m trying to say anymore!
